Deutsche Börse inks €5.3bn Allfunds acquisition agreement
After almost two months of exclusive negotiations, Deutsche Börse Group has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining shares of B2B wealthtech platform Allfunds. The deal is estimated to be valued at around €5.3 billion, €200 million less than what was initially proposed. The agreed acquisition still requires shareholder authorisation. According to Deutsche Börse: “The Allfunds Directors unanimously support the acquisition and intend to recommend unanimously that Allfunds shareholders vote in favour of the acquisition.” The offer values each Allfunds share at €8.80.
