UK-based fintech, SumUp, raised $60M through a Credit Rights Investment Fund (FIDC). This fundraising is SumUp’s fifth FIDC in four years.

Itaú BBA (lead coordinator), Genial Gestão (fund management), and Banco Genial (administrator) structured this fundraising for SumUp.
